Altratene Apocarotenal 2% Solution is a solution of ß-Apo-8'-carotenal in vegetable oil. This formulation imparts shades of red colours in oil based food products like processed cheese, dressings, soups etc. ------------------------------------> Data Sheet Altratene Apocarotenal 70/30 is a solution of ß-Apo-8'-carotenal and Beta-carotene in vegetable oil at a ratio of 70:30.
