Altratene Apocarotenal 70/30 is a dark red liquid containing 1.4% β-Apo-8´-Carotenal E160e and 0.6% β-Carotene E160a(i).

The β-Apo-8´-Carotenal and β-Carotene meet the latest editions of JECFA, FCC and EU Regulation No. 231/2012.

Applications

Margarine

Vegetable oils are commonly used to make margarine and shortenings in bakery.
