The company establishes the Supervisory Committee of Labor Retirement Reserve with the provisions of the Labor Standards Act. It allocates 6% of the total salary paid to the Labor Retirement Reserve every month and deposits it in a special account in the Bank of Taiwan. At the end of each year Actuaries are appointed to perform calculations to ensure adequate provision of pension reserves.
The pension will be paid according to the criteria for payment of worker pensions.
For those who started working after July 1, 2005 and are subject to the Labor Pension Act, the company will pay 6% of the worker's monthly contribution wages to the employee's individual pension account on a monthly basis.
