Altratene 5% EM-BT/PF is an orange-brown to orange-red liquid containing 5% fermented β-Carotene E160a(iii).

The β-Carotene meets the latest editions of JECFA, FCC, USP, Ph.Eur. and EU Regulation No. 231/2012.

Applications

Flavored Fluid Milk

Children often prefer flavored milk over white milk. To ensure children get essential vitamins and minerals, flavored milks are often served in school and purchased by parents. Allied's nature-identical β-Carotene, β-Apo-8'-Carotenal, Lycopene and Lutein products with high light, heat and pH stability are an excellent alternative from artificial colors to impart shades of yellow, orange or red color in flavored milks.

Juice
